Acai

Acai is the Brazilian super berry and contains very high levels of antioxidants. It is a great ingredient for dishes because the taste of Acai is something between red wine and chocolate meaning that whatever you make it will taste great. How Do I make It?

Blend the Acai powder, frozen berries, milk, spinach leaves and honey together. Add a little more almond milk or water if it is too thick. The texture should be a little thicker than a regular smoothie.

Then add whatever toppings you fancy. Some examples may be fruit, granola or coconut.
