Acai Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

180g plain Greek yoghurt

1 cup spinach or kale

1 tsp La Kult Acai powder

1 apple

1 banana

1tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds

Method

Combine in a blender or Nutri Bullet and mix. Add water if you want a more liquid consistency.

250ml orange juice or other fruit juice

250ml water

Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender or Nutri Bullet. Pour into pop mould and freeze.

Method

Combine all ingredients (except fruit) and place in fridge overnight. Use a large bowl as chia will expand to three times its size. Place sliced banana or fruit of choice on top before serving.
