Customer Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with La Kult.
We value your custom and your feedback and if you are unhappy with the products you have received please contact us.
All our products are sold on a non-returnable basis. We do of course offer refunds where products are defective when received by the customer or where the incorrect item was sent. If you have received the incorrect product or a defective product do not open it as we do not offer refunds on products that have been opened or tampered with.
Contact must be made by you within 3 days of receiving your items. You can get hold of us through our ‘Contact ‘Us’ form.
You are welcome to a refund or exchange where:
- the incorrect item(s) are delivered (provided the item(s) have not been opened or tampered with and are in re-saleable condition); or
- an item is faulty; or
- to any extent permitted by law
No refund given, exchange offered where
- Recipient has a change of mind
- Products have been opened or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
- Incorrect order placed by the recipient
1. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in a saleable state at customer’s expense. It is recommended that the customer uses registered post as La Kult will not be responsible for items lost in the post upon return.
2. Goods will be accepted for credit in the form of a credit note for further purchases or replacement at the sole discretion of La Kult.
